Management of acute pollution
We deliver all types of solutions for handling acute pollution from oil, fuel, etc. to water or ground. We have extensive experience and solid expertise in handling small and medium-sized installations along water and watercourses. For example in connection with transport, construction work and power production.
When handling acute pollution, great demands are placed on the right competence, as wells as the right equipment. We have precisely this competence and can, in the event of an unwanted incident, contribute everything from task management to government contact and delivery of equipment.
Emergency equipment
We supply oil booms, oil absorbers, absorbent booms, absorbents and related equipment.
Note in particular our "incident kits". These are emergency boxes that are delivered with the capacity to handle smaller spills from 30 to 750 liters. For the power industry, we have delivered a number of these kits that are used in emergency vehicles, workshops, hatcheries and inside the power station itself.

Activa aquaculture buoy FFB 700
Activa is our complete product range of buoys and equipment specially designed for aquaculture and fish farming.
In the development of the Activa series, we have built on our expertise and long experience with production of buoyancy to the offshore industry worldwide. A lot of the learning we have obtained from some of the world’s roughest seas.
Active aquaculture buoys are a complete range from 800 to 12,000 liters. The buoys have an outer shell of impact-resistant, rotational molded polyethylene (PE). The buoys are filled with expanded polystyrene foam (EPS) and has excellent flotation qualities that have been tested and developed over many years. All buoys have through-chain fittings.
PartnerPlast’s Activa buoys can be returned to us for recycling!

Tail Buoys
PartnerPlast has developed a new generation of controllable Tail Buoys
- The Tail Buoys are designed to simplify handling of the streamer cables
- Self contained power system with solar panel, underwater generator, onboard battery and charger system to interface to streamer power.
- LED signal light with long range and wide vertical opening for marking the buoy’s position.
- Each Tail Buoy is marked with a serial number for QA tracking and identification
- The Tail Buoys are manufactured in a plastic material called polyethylene. This material represents a superior combination of high stress crack rate, high strength, and high tear resistance
Mudmat – Reinforced
MudMat is a heavy-duty polyurethane (PU) Subsea Protection & Support Mat developed for use both offshore and onshore. The mat can be utilised as subsea support, landing and positioning device or as seabed, pipeline and cable protection.
The reinforced version includes steel reinforcing to increase stiffness for high load applications.
Buoyancy Repair
PartnerPlast offers a buoyancy repair program for the complete range of surface and subsea buoyancy. Our highly skilled and trained technicians can repair any type of damage. Usually the job starts with an inspection to identify how severe the damage is. If repair proves to be economically viable for the owner, PartnerPlast will restore the broken unit to be as good as new.
Custom Buoyancy
To build a successful subsea product PartnerPlast knows the tough demands from this industry. An important niche is the customized product range, and this is perhaps also the most challenging. PartnerPlast engineers will work closely with your engineers in order to capture the best solution. Only through teamwork and collaboration can the necessary skills be brought together.
The goal is not only to make a successful project, but to lay the foundation for future projects for us and for our customers. PartnerPlast has manufactured licensed products for serial production and unique new designs.
Custom buoys can either be one-off tailor-made buoyancy devices for a specific and dedicated need, or a custom design adapted to the customer’s requirement, produced in larger series. For the latter, the customer’s logo can be included in the shell, either as a permanent emboss or a implanted type that is moulded in.

Cable Protection Ducting – PP Duct
Ovun manufactures Subsea Cable Protection for abrasion- and dropped object and wear protection,
Our Cable Protection Ducting has been designed to fit a wide range of cable or umbilical diameters. Design life is minimum 25 years and the protection units are not influenced by varying water depths.
For extreme durability or when the PP cable protection is used in harsh environments, we can offer heavy-duty material with considerably better performance than the standard elastomer.
Cable protection is supplied with Smart Band reinforced bands and buckles as standard. Other band solutions may be used upon request, such as Super Duplex, Inconel or titanium.
Clamping Solutions
PartnerPlast manufacture a large range of clamping solutions for securing cables or umbilicals to pipelines or risers during installation.
Some examples are Piggy Back Clamps, Cable Bundles & Riser Clamps. We use Heavy Duty Polyurethane materials to ensure light weight products with high strength for fast and secure manual installation as well as excellent performance
PipeMat
PipeMat is a mat made of High Density Polyethylene pipes, and is a low-cost alternative to the MudMat. PipeMat may be used as subsea support, landing and positioning device or seabed/ pipeline/cable protection for light loads. The PipeMat is without sharp edges and rigid parts and is therefore a safe alternative to similar installation and protection products.
PipeMat can easily be rolled up for transport and storage.
